As most of our offerings are custom-made or tailored to individual project needs, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed or delivered. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your request and work with you to find a fair resolution.
Please note that items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
